Hours
Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 US Eastern, excluding US public holidays observed in 2026. Timing notes and requested delivery windows on the form still travel with your requirement.
- Write product form, formula notes, finish, fill size, quantity and destination in the form.
- We return a restated brief for your approval before factories are approached on that scope.
- Factories quote; you choose the supplier and the commercial terms, including any MOQ they state.
Optional target budget may use a currency and a per-unit or whole-order basis. High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided is a buyer preference, not a verified factory grade. No existing quotation is required. If JavaScript is off, write those optional notes inside the requirement field. Net contents and INCI wording belong on documents for the quoted item, not as claims invented by this desk.
